Privacy Policy for Girgit

Last updated: 29 July 2026

This privacy policy explains how the mobile game Girgit ("the Game"), published by Monarch Studios ("we", "us"), handles information. Please read it before using the Game.

Short version: Girgit does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and the Game does not connect to the internet.

Information we collect

We collect no personal information whatsoever. Specifically, the Game does not collect or transmit:

Permissions

Girgit requests no Android permissions. It cannot access the internet, your storage, your location, or any sensor on your device.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress — such as survival times, match accuracy, and level progress — is saved locally on your own device so the Game can remember it between sessions. This data never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the Game.

Advertising

Girgit contains no advertising and includes no third-party advertising SDKs.

Third-party services

The Game does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or social networking services. It is built with the Unity engine; because the Game has no internet access, no data is transmitted to Unity or to any other party.

In-app purchases

Girgit is free and contains no in-app purchases. We do not process payments and never see any billing information.

Children's privacy

Girgit is suitable for all ages. Because the Game collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children under 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and with Google Play's Families policy.

Data sharing and security

We do not share, sell, or transfer any data, because none is collected. As no data is transmitted or stored on our servers, there is nothing that could be exposed in a data breach.

Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete. Uninstalling the Game removes all locally saved progress.

Changes to this policy

If the Game's data practices change in a future update — for example if online features or advertising are added — this policy will be updated and the date at the top revised. Please check back periodically.
